I am wondering in Rivet City how many characters can't be killed? As i am planning a siege of the town armed only with a minigun and a secondary 10mm pistol, the last thing i need is to get into a firefight with a quest specific character that is like the Terminator and can't die.

Also watch out for Doctor Preston, son of a bitch wouldn't quit following me with his Chinese Assault Rifle!

The siege was a great success, i took it like a military operation. I scoped the place out made sure i knew the general location of Harkness and Shrapnel and then slaughtered everyone. It was a nice raid and while it was financially pointless and i did lose a fair few stimpaks in the battle it was worth it.

its a bit late now but if you want to save your stimpacks when taking out rivet city then go to the market at noon and use a stealth boy and a silenced 10mm pistol.
