I've been scouring the wastes looking for a pair of sunglasses, but to no avail. The tinted glasses just aren't right. They don't suit my Shady Hat and Veteran Merc outfit.
I know Three Dog has a pair, but I'd rather not kill him.

Where can I get some?

It's an unmarked location. Fast travel to Tenpenny's and look to the distance for a red house.

But it is a little hard to get Lucky's Shades, as they are in a kinda glitch thingy.

I just picked them up off the manikin. No need to explode them off or anything.
So, I have... lots of luck now. Started at either six or seven (I forget which, it was a while ago), got the lucky eight ball, got the naughty nightwear, got lucky's shades.
Of course I actually go around in the Regulator's Duster, but the nightwear and button's wig come out when I need to do some buttering up of dudes.

"naughty nightwear" where is that? i know it has to do with some gang with hockey masks, doesn't it?

You can find it in the metro system while doing the quest Those!. I forget the name of the metro, not so good on names.
You need an audio log to find out exactly where it is, and a key, I think.
And then, once you've got it, some dude called Lugnut appears and demands that it is his. One of the funniest moments in the game, imo.

There's also a scoped magnum, but that's just lying on the ground near a corpse.

On the PS3, there's a glitch for Lucky's Shades, where the're stuck in the base of the maniquen.

There's also the random encounter named Sam Warrick who wears sunglasses. (250 caps for enslaving him)

Just so everyone know, I do have a fix for the glitch.
