In a way, yes it is perverted but the original Fallouts (The table top overview made by Black Isle and Interplay are far more perverted than Fallout 3 made by Bethesda.)

In fact in Fallout 1 and 2 you get to shoot people in the groin, not to mention you get to go around and rape people.

However in this day and age with how sensitive people are, political correctness and human rights, Bethesda are being smart and staying towards the tame area...which in this case makes the game seem perverted.

If you look at it from the game world, world has been nuked, humans are far and few between, money and objects that produce entertainment have no value whatsoever and in a sense people have been sent "back to the stone age".

With that said, so have their habits and ways of living, certain tribes (rebels and bandits) decide to steal and kill for a living, others try to live life as normal as possible, defending themselves from mutant attacks...so their skills and instincts are being refineed back to the cave man era...they hunt and kill for food, they scavange etc.

This goes for lust and sexual encounters as well, although there is no "money" left, prostitution is still a way of living and earns them "bottle caps".

So overall, yes the game is perverted but it is what you make of it

Not really. The prostitution mentioned is you giving 100 caps to a woman and the screen blacking out (no sounds) the you wake up in a bed.

Some women look sleazy, but not worse then today. Unless you find leather clothing (raiders) on women to be offensive, then no.

And then there's always "Butcher Pete".

Anyways, if your buying a game that you can split limbs off with a sawed-off shotgun, you probably shouldn't be worried about sexual innuendos.
