I've read all the other discussions dealing w/ this boos but i cannot hit the boss. I set up my damage field and i get the timing down great!! My Magick attack goes off just as he shimmers, but it doesnt hit. I only hit the Zombies right in front of me. How do I get around them and still get the attack off in time?? Does it matter if you use the Mantorok rune??

When I had 2 do that part I didn't use the damage field. When u can see the 3rd zombie cast a 5 piont spell from where u are.That way when they are not really by u yet it will hit them and the black guardian when it is glowin.I hope that helped. And no it doesn't matter if u use the Mantorok rune.
