How many people think so? Almost every single game I play, if I score the first goal, as soon as we face off again the other person *ALWAYS* wins the face off, goes down to my goalie, shoots, regardless if it's a lousy shot, and scores. Thus, tying up the game.
Another example is if you have played a fairly hard game with it being tied 0-0, you score one goal and struggle to score a second and by some chance you manage, and it ends up being 2-0.
However, this is the thing, when leading 2-0 by a very hard fault 2 goals, the other person just makes a lousy shot and scores and right when that person scores, wins the next face off and scores again to tie it up, and it can be VERY lousy shots as well. Keeping in mind it takes me a very hard fault 2 goals, having alot of rebounds to try and stuff the puck into the net somehow. In which, the other person makes the lousiest shots all the time and the puck ends up in the net.
I find this actually happens almost every single game I play, some games are easy, as in, if I check someone they fall, others are just weird, as in, if I check someone, they don't fall and keep on going with the puck and score.
I find it pointless if the game is rigged in that sense but by explaining these weird occurrences, would you go and say this game could be rigged in any way?

hey i know totally what you mean..its funny cause i found this thread by searching in google "nhl 08 is rigged".. i just played dallas and i was canucks.. i was winning 1-0 after a hard game and with a min left they score.. win the next faceoff and then score again and i lost the game... and yes i've noticed when they score they always win the faceoff after... and about the weak shots going in i have noticed that too... they just shoot and it goes in.. i've also noticed sometimes passing gets all *bleep*ed up too like your players jsut start to suck at getting in position.. i dunno i think its set up that way the better teams..its mainly like that in dynasty mode.. usually when i play just a quick game i can school the computer every time.. i dunno if its rigged but sometimes at the end of the games 2-0 your winning and boom they score to tie it up.. im like wtf?? how is that possible.. im stoned.. i just typed a lot!! well back to my season!
