I think that the reason some created players have such high salaries is because they also go on the potential ability of the player, so even though you say that your players have fairly low stats, their potential future ability is probably quite high, and hence the reason for high salaries. Well that's what I noticed from Pes 6 anyway. No idea about the 1 to 5 point salaries. ------------------- ![]()

quote chelsea_mint_fcDoes the 28 year old have a standard/lasting, late peak, or late peak/lasting curve? If he does then his stats will probably increase even though he's quite old, and if he has the late peak/lasting curve, then his stats probably won't decrease until he's about 38. If he doesn't have one of those curves then I have no idea. quote chelsea_mint_fcWell Messi's curve peaks when he's 25 and immediately starts going down I think, so he doesn't maintain his high stats for a long time. But just out of curiousity, you could try base copying his stats with a standard/lasting or late peak/lasting development curve to one of blank teams, and then see if his salary is the same. One thing I do remember from Pes 6 when I created Werder Bremen, was that I gave players like Klose and Frings a different development curve to their national team counterparts so their stats wouldn't decrease as early as they do compared to the national team players. But when I started the master league, the salaries of Klose and Frings which I had created were much higher than that of their German national team equivalents. So I'm going to assume that potential ability does increase the salary of a player. ------------------- ![]()
