Navas and N'Zogbia in the middle really wouldn't work IMO.

You'd be better off having them on the wings (as they're better than Higuain and Alfaro anyway) and getting in some decent CMFs. Ideally, you'd probably want one big muscly one to win the ball back, and one more creative one to distribute it and get forwards. Baines at RB looks a little suspect too, and Marchena would be better than Hyypia at CB, in my opinion.

You could invest in some quality experience through the auctions, or pick up some players on the cheap.
