	Arsenal : Young Guns Gone Good More Turkish Delight? July 24th 2008 2 weeks after their last game against Besiktas, today Arsenal welcomed Galatsaray to the Emirates and it gave former Gala players Arda Turan and Ugur Ucar an opportunity to speak to some old friends. Meanwhile in the transfer market, Phillipe Senderos was offloaded to Sporting Lisbon, as Miguel Veloso traded paths along with £1m going to Sporting also. Veloso said this on his move - 'I'm very happy to move to Arsenal. They play some great football and look like they are going places. I have also always wanted to play in England. I'm very happy.' Along with Veloso, Arsene Wenger brought in two Brazilian born players. Brazilian born Japanese International Alex Dos Santos joins on a free after being released by club Urawa Red Star. Arsene Wenger said this about Dos Santos - 'He is very fast, and very versatile. He is left footed, and has over 80 caps for Japan. We have not brought him to make up the numbers he is here to play.' Along with Dos Santos, Arsene Wenger also signed powerful centre back Naldo from FC Groningen. Standing at 1 metre 98 centimetres Naldo is a massive presense in the side. As part of the deal, Full-back Justin Hoyte along with £1m was handed over to Groningen. Part Exchange Arsenal 2 - 2 Galatasaray Arsenal Hartock Eboue - Naldo - Coloccini - Alex Dos Santos Walcott - Veloso - Fabregas - Gilberto - Arda Turan Balotelli Galatasaray Aykut Ercetin Sabri - R.Song - Tomas - Oztorun Linderoth Carrusca - Lincoln - Hasan Sas Umit Karan - Hakan Sukur 0 mins - Arda Turan and Mario Balotell kick-off. 3 mins - Joan Hartock is called into action early as a misplaced Gilberto pass, is intercepted by Karan who puts strike partner Suker through on goal, but Hartock clears well. 8 min - Arsenal create the first chance of the game as Alex Dos Santos' cross is volleyed wide by Theo Walcott. 12 mins - Theo Walcott is again in the mix as this time he volleys Arda Turan's cross high and wide over the bar. 20 mins - Surprisingly it is Galatasaray who score first as Sabri's through ball finds Hakan Suker, who controls and fires home for 1-0. 24 mins - Arsenal almost get one back shortly after though as Cesc Fabregas' pin-point through ball reaches Balotelli, who controls and shoots but is denied by Aykut in the Galatasaray goal. 26 mins - Theo Walcott has another ambitious effort as he attempts a half-volley from all of 45 yards, to only see it fly wide of the mark. 29 mins - Balotelli tries his luck again but his header from Walcott's cross is headed wide. 44 mins - Galatasaray counter as Carrusca's run and shot forces Hartock into a save. However Arsenal went on to concede as the rebound was knocked in by Lincoln. 2-0. 45 mins - The referee calls a hault to proceedings in the first half with the visitors somehow going into the break 2 goals ahead. 45 mins - 2 goals down to the visitors Arsene Wenger makes a bold change and brings on Emmanuel Adebayor for Arda Turan as Umit Karan and Hakan Sukur get the second half underway. 53 mins - Balotelli had Arsenal's first chance of the second half as he turned and shot only to be denied by Aykut once again. 63 mins - Arsenal got a life-line as Cesc Fabregas' corner was powered home by debutant Naldo for 2-1. On the back of this, Arsene Wenger made two changes as William Gallas and Gael Clichy came on for Theo Walcott and Alex Dos Santos. 66 mins - Gael Clichy has a pop from 30 yards or so but the impressive Aykut gathered up once more. 70 mins - Arsenal have the equiliser! After a neat pass from Eboue, Adebayor proceeds to round the keeper before squeezing the ball in from an almost impossible angle. Great goal. 76 mins - Freeman on, Balotelli off. 85 mins - Arsenal almost have the winner as Luke Freeman's volley from Clichy's cross is patted away by Aykut who has had a sensational game. 90 mins - The match comes to a close as the games ends in a 2-2 draw. Aykut in the Galatasaray goal was simply sensational. Events 20' Hakan Suker scores the opener after Sabri's pass 44' Lincoln makes it 2 for the visitors on the stroke of half-time 63' Debutant Naldo scores, as he heads home Fabregas' corner 70' Adebayor scores the equiliser from a tight angle. 	Just started a new Master League. Might start a SOMS on it. Mainly, I've called my team Joga Bonito, and made a Nike kit. I'm only going to sign Brazilian, Argentinian and Portuguese players.

I like playing along the wings with crosses, to a target man, and also like playing with neat passes. So my ARsenal formation is ideal for my playing style, even if it doesn't please me I mean Walcott and Arda on the wings, and i have 4 strikers who are 189cm+ Adebayor, Bendtner, Batuhan and Balotelli.
