Although as for the team,
I'd rather have Carvalho instead of Terry. I know Terry is better on the game. But I always feel like Carvalho is the better defender to play with, and the harder to play against | |

Petric aint worth it pal
 im having trouble atm. i got promoted in my first season with zenit got some good players in. but they just can't play together mid transfer window in: nakamura summer transfer window in: alex(cheseal) veron juninho(as bad as nakamura) roberto carlos (trade) saviola baros out: nakamura trade played so poor lost the ball every time. the team dont play like a team and i don't no what to do there is nothing coming from midfield.  | |

oh what a waste of a player then!
did he cost that much to buy, although I suppose getting Carlos isn't too bad for a trade but yeha, as for the Juninho thing, I really do think he is a let down. Seen as he should be Lyon's captain and all. I really think he plays poor. that's why he hasnt featured that much for me this season at all apart from the Cup competitions and since I've bought Nijkamp from the Youth section, I've been playing him. | |

and yeah i've also given up on Petric
I'm going to try and get Adebayor for a bit though, because I noticed that he was on the whole, 'free agent' section. and no other club was putting a bid in. So i might get him for a season, just to see how he does. after all, i can just sell him. which i'll probably do mid-season anyway haha make some more money that way | |

OLYMPIQUE LYONNAIS the Master League story.. things are on the up for the lads from france, more goals have been coming in from around the pitch and from different players other than just the number one forward Karim Benzema, Brazilian striker Recent youth signings Prieto, Nijkamp and Bouqeut have found form and have made it into the team on a regular basis, while others such as Mitchell and Pereaz have been kept on the bench and used more for when the team are leading buy a couple more goals. Vincent Kompany has also proved a brilliant signing and has kept his position being the rock at the back, whilst Akinfeev is yet to make it into the team and past first team keeper Coupet. | |

OLYMPIQUE LYONNAIS the Master League story.. PLAYER NEWS, OFFICIAL ML CLUB STATEMENT. Recently there has been a few words spoken by some of the players towards the manager and chairman on how they feel they are not part of the team. They have been re-assured since then, as this happened a few weeks ago, that they are key figures in the team and that they are part of our plans for the future and are important to the future of the club. But the players, who will be named shortly, have admitted their desire to leave the club as they feel as they get on in their career they feel they would like to finish it in places where they are getting regular starts, and where they feel as though they are welcome, as they sadly do not feel they are welcome at Olympique Lyonnais anymore. So we would like to say that the following players will be put up for sale and potential targets for trades in the upcoming summer transfer period; Kallstrom, Squillaci, Govou and even more sadly, our number eight and proud Club Captain Juninho. We hope if we are to sell them, that they enjoy their futures and have the best possible start to life at another team as much as possible and we would like to thank them for their services to the club in this season's Master League season as it draws nearer to the close. | |
