It may be helpful if you tell us whether you have the mannual or not. If you have the mannual, the code is on the back. If you don't have a mannual...go back to the place where you bought the game and ask for the mannual.

I think he has a pirated copy of the game hence the reason he has no manual and therefore no registration code.

yeah i have a preowned not pirate copy of the game and the code that is on the back of the manual i have has been used so cant get a password, cant believe konami wont just give me a code

why dont you go to the shop and ask them? if they dont help you then simply raise hell.

It don't matter if the code you have on the back of the manual has been used.
All you have to do is change the PASSWORD.

Sorry to dredge this thread back up, but I have the same problem as the O/P.

I bought the game from Gamestation pre-owned with Instruction manual. I have a registration code, but the previous owner of the game must have already used it.

How do I change the password or obtain a new Registration Code ?

Go into 'Network Settings' and use the registration code you have, all you need to do is change the password.

I think to change the password you need to know the answer to the question the original owner set.

There are three options then; "Connect to Lobby" "User Registration" "Change Registration Details."

I've checked "Change Registration Details" and there's nothing you can do in there without either knowing the password or knowing the answer to the question set by the previous owner.

Try 'User Registration' then
