Also graphic-wise it is superior i think.
Not presentations-wise with the stadiums and fans cos FIFA is way ahead but i just think the players on the pitch look so much more real than FIFA's stick a photo on a squashed body look

Yeah IMO PES is much better
The game play is superior to FIFA
As you feel more free and in control as you run and the graphics have stepped up a lot since the previous games
Only thing that annoys me is the editing apart from that a brilliant game I'll always pick PES over FIFA

People that say this game plays perfect are crazy. This PES sucks big time, PES 2008 on the ps2 is waaaaay better. have you guys seen how players run? damn after playing the demo, there was no way i was gonna buy this game. PES has always been the muuch better game then FIFA, but this year there is no doubt that Ffa is muuuch better. Konami needs to get back to what they were doing on the old gen and grow from there. They need to get rid of those commentators and get people that actually speak English, instead of Asian Enlgish.

The players in this game look like dolls for some reason. The faces are pretty good, but when it zooms out, they look like dolls and robots.

Fifa 08, is my first Fifa game and I gotta say, it's a muuch better game then this years PES.

I honestly think that's old now though. Every football fan, or even none fan will have spoken to someone who rates Proev, surely.

I think this years Proev has gone backwards.

This years PES is the worst i have ever played and i find it so frustrating. I myself havent had any problems with the slow down offline. But for some reason it just doesnt feel as good. The shooting feels weak for me and i actually prefer the gameplay of PES6. The satisfaction of a goal is no longer there. Also like mentioned before the physical prescences of players IMO is non exsistant. Especially in the master league which is the main mode. This mode has just frustrated me with a passion. Also the delays that occur when the ref blows his whistle are annoying aswell. I guess its the little things in gameplay that ruin it for me. Its still better than fifa though, im just dissapointed with it and will be in no hurry to buy PES 2009.

It's more due to the fact that parents have heard of FIFA more than PES so that's what they buy their 11 year old kid.

This is the worst Pro Evo ever. I will definately be thinking about FIFA more next year.

i own fifa 08 and preo evo 2008, and i had fifa way before i had pro. when i had fifa i was raving about it on fifa forums, saying how much better it was gonna be then pro, but then i got pro, and now im hooked. i had pes4 and borrowed pes 6 off my mate for a long time, but i forgot how good it was.

i think that there is a country mile between pes and fifa at the moment, so i wont compare this pes to fifa. i think that this pes is inferior to the PES games i played, but that doesnt stop me playing it. i still get huge urges to get to the next transfer market, and i still love getting a young team together and making them world beaters.

after this PES, i can safely say that i am looking forward to pes 09 more than i am looing forward to any other game (apart from LMA 09) at the moment. the reason for this is that i know that all of the potential is there, and i have heard seabass say that he is building pro from the ground up, but i have to say that if PES 09 isnt the best PES yet, then i will begin to think that maybe PES on next gen will never be the same as PES on ps2.

This *bleep*ing game has pissed me off for the last time . I just cant take it any more. It is so scripted it is unbelievable. The computer just make super tackles. Yet you make an identical tackle and its a foul, or some how the ball just goes back to them. I am really contemplating breaking this stupid disk.!!! Ive noticed a lot of the floors come out in the master league. But its still a pile of shit.
