I would but I can't get online either, lol.

I got a new ps3 a few weeks ago and today is the first time I've tried to play PES08 online but I keep getting this message:

Unable to transmit using UDP port 5730.
You may need to connect directly to the internet or adjust your connection device i.e. router settings etc.
Assign DMZ, Port Mapping, Configure NAT Table and other router settings to the PS3 system. Individual products may use unique terminology.

So that is all double-dutch to me which means my PES08 online days are over.

Do you use wireless Charlie?

I tried Euro 2008 & GTA4 online there both no problem connecting so seems its only this game.

Nah mate, spent 45 minutes on the old ps3 trying to get the game started but it still ain't reading the discs, sorry.
