IMO I think the draft would be better if you got to pick any player you want rather than going through each position as not everyone is going to be playing the same formation i.e. 3-5-2 would have no need for full backs.

But as shown last year it was flawed. I picked up Schweinsteiger and Van Der Vaart due to the fact they could play RB and DMF respectively even though I never used them in those positions.

Someone also picked up Ronaldinho in a position he couldn't play and ended up getting pelters for it.

If its the same process then count me out please.

If you make the risk of picking a SB who is naturally a AMF then it's your decision. But you may well find yourself losing out in the long run by having an unbalanced squad.

sorry mate, I had to make it invite only otherwise it might have to many participant and the drafting would take for ages, and the list is a mix of participants of last year, participants of earlier super league and people who I think would put some effort in it... I had to make a list of 16 members and there are a lot more who could be on the list, but its definitely nothing personal... but Im waiting for TVI to respond... TBH it doesnt look like he will respond I send him a PM, he has been online a lot on ps2 forum... so I might scrap him and put someone from the waiting list in the draft league...

anyway Im also pretty much done with the new drafting system so I will post that soon as well, also got something in mind for the managers in the waiting list, so stay tuned

I would really love to join not convinced at all you'll pick me but if you do I guarntee I'll put lots of effort into it.

Also skares confirmed earlier tht he would participate, but he did not post his teamname, I will give him the time till friday, thts more then a week in total to react to my PM, if he cant even do tht then I dont think he will contribute a lot to this league

Draft Picks:
I made some change in the drafting system. Everyone will pick 1 GK, 3 defenders (every position in defence), 3 midfielders (any position in midfield), 2 Attackers (any position up front) and then 2 players from any position. For the subs you pick 5 players and one of them has to be a GK.

Everyone will pick players in the following order:
1. GK, MF
2. DF, AT
3. DF, AT
4. MF, DF
5. MF, GK (sub)
6. Any position
7. Any position
8. Sub
9. Sub
10.Sub
11.Sub
12.Sub

IMO tht is a pretty fair system
