i live in england and i have the game!!!
Konami have now released it in Japan and since i have custom firmware installed on my psp i downloaded it, changed language to english and it works fully.... only problem is that in menu's X is to go back and circle to go forward, but its no biggy... i can confirm that it has: -Full edit mode ( eg kit editing, emblem editing, player editing.) -Development in Master League. -World Tour any questions will be answered.
