Well i have read in reviews that PES 2008 will feel different when u start playing and it will take a couple of matches to get used to but the only difference i notice is the way the defence works!

Have u felt any other differences?

I've noticed close control differences on players, and great first touches. And I find it much easier to perform tricks like the flip flap on somebody.

And even some of the volleys you take on are a lot easier than last year's. I much prefer this game.

Its easier to score and long distance shots go on target more often, goalies are more realistic because they dont do imposible catches like in pes6 like you strike a ball at full power and theyd just catch it out of the air, now they parry it alot more realistic, and yes my defence opens like a black hole, it gets on my t*ts especially when you go for a run and barge into the referee!

Long range shooting is a lot harder only scored a few outside the box so far. But then again it was too easy in PES6...

long distance shots alot harder?lol its a lot easier In pes08. in pes 6 the goalies were unstopable from long range efforts when you take a supersuper powerfull long ranger the goalie would just jump and catch it wich is humanly impossible, as for long range shots they always used to go through the middle in pes 6 and as usual the goalie just catches it out of the air like its nothing it was a pain, now its alot more realistic, what does get on my nerves is my defence opening up through the middle i mean the computer controlled cenrtre backs will just move out of the way when a striker is running throug allowing a gap to form and giving the opposition a chance. volleys in pes 6 were never on target they just went waayyy over and never hit the target properly.... this game is alot easier from long distance shots IMO

what do you press to do flip flap on the 360 pes 2008

You press RT a few times to do it, same as the step over but certain players do both the step over and the flip flap. Not all players can do it though. Ronaldinho, Rivelino, Ronaldo, Robinho etc. can do it. Players that are good at performing tricks can do it.

I've been playing the PS2 equivalent for some time now so now that i've switche to Xbox you can really feel a differeence. I think even some of the game play is different I think i notice teamvision because i can be winning 3-0 and the oppostion will go all out for a goal i'll counter and be like 3 vs 1 defender. You didn;t get that on PS2

I agree the overlapping is amazing in this game. It's great that Man United and Barcelona's players all roam around like they do IRL. Also the full-backs have improved they make Bayern Munich such a great team on this game.

And I Mean Totally From Open Play. Not After a Corner Or Soemthing For Some Reason He Was Up There, But He Finished Well And Scored His 1st Of The Season

If Your Wating For The Full Back The Player On The Ball Doesn't Just Stand Still He Can Manuevere Around Well And Therefore Position Himself For A Perfect Pass.

Yep, Master League is shite. I won the first game 3-0 next 4 game, my players are crap.

Depends what Master League level you're playing on.

I'm on the hardest difficulty with Man Clity on master league, and I'm about as much use as sunglasses on a one eared bloke.
