I'm also doing the master league with Man City but on the mode before top player, not doing too badly but could and should be doing much better. I think this game's much better then the previous one.

I Was leading 3-2 against Panathinaikos in the injury time.
And Ivanshitz scored two great free kicks. in less than a minute to round of his hat-trick of free kicks. and give the Greeks the win.

Yeah, if the computer get any sort of free kick around the D, if the player is half decent at taking them, he'll score. I also conceded to free kicks in about 3 or so minutes on the game.

i just switched from proffesional to top player and top players easy tbh exept for when your defence splits etc etc, its quite easy to just go past players with fast runners with good accelaration and dribbling accuracy like christiano ronaldo just run through the defence, its almost impossible on top player tough because the defenders just dont stop chasing you back but on regular they just give up sometimes and slow down a bit.playing tthis game on easier difficulties reminds me of fifa 07 demo

Oh, I had him on my Master League last year, never played him this year, is he crap?

I think a good idea for some people is to stick on PES6 now if they have it and play a match, then stick on PES 2008 and see if you can notice differences.

I haven't signed him on PES08 so far. But i haven't heard the euphoria of last year about him. Played against hime though. He played shit

Id lunge in everytime, every pes game seem to frustrate me i hate it when the do automatic things like the comp sliding in automaticaly that happened to me 4times 4penalties the comp gave away for sliding automaticaly

One thing I noticed was that when a player goes off to get some treatment from his injury, they are most likely to come back on without an injury, whereas in last year's game, the majority of the players that went off injured would come back on with a slight injury which meant they wouldn't continue playing well so you'd have to sub them.

I'v noticed that the shooting has got easier, it seems that you can hit the target far easier now than previous versions. Also noticed the difference in the contrast of speed between the defender and attackers, the defenders struggle to keep up with strikers now where as before they could easily keep up and maybe even pace out.

I like the addition of the players clapping when they get a good ball played to them but can't reach it.

Simple but effective.
