I'm not too sure if you'll get an answer, but you're probably best off asking in here for player appearance fixed.

Your better off sticking with the preset face of Ronaldo to be honest mate! It is guarenteed to have more likeness than a custom made face. If you want a good Ronaldo face, then you will have to turn to patching, witch is a waste of time on the xbox version, plus it's illegal.
