Haha, I always buy him. Stick left mid and I'm dynamite with him, the only problem is when I get around the 18 yard box and there's no-one in the box to take the ball off him except the oppositions defenders. Still, he's preety good for a wage of 350 points.

Spain's defence ain't good enough IMO to be considered the best in the game. But the midfield is very elegant and the forwards can be great if you change Torres' speed.

I just like Silva and Joaquin on the wings with Torres and Villa up fornt.

You missed Xavi and Iniesta as well. And Fabregas' stats are poor compared to how he performs in real life, in my opinion. Spain have bundles of options going forward.

Torres' appearances was also a disappointment I feel along with his stats on the game. It's funny because he was great on PES 6, him and Adriano are the only players I know of that have gotten worse in the newer game.

Netherlands wouldn't be one of the better international teams if they didn't have Van Der Sar in the sticks, he's brilliant. I've even scored a few goals from corners with him. Concede very little thanks to him, otherwise I'd concede loads.

I've never played as Holland on this game before. I might give it a try later. Babel is a legend on the left wing and Robben is on the right.

And the editing is so piss-poor in this game that you cannot change Torres' hair to what it should be.

Lol, I don't the use editor much. I only changed the name of the teams and changed the starting XI and formation of some teams. I couldn't be bothered with the amount of editing that needs to be done to get everything sorted.

Have any of you seen the PC patching on PES 2008? I was linked to a load of appearances a while back by Rob and god do they look amazing, if only it was possible on the Xbox 360.

Well as far as I know it is. The PC version with newly updated patches is extremely incredible from what I've seen and heard about.

Having kits and appearences like that would just make the game so much better!

When Pro Evo do licensed kits they look amazing. Shame there isn't enough of them.

If Konami had every single kit they possibly could licensed like Fifa do, it would be head and shoulders above every other football game out there. It's just a shame that they can only do so many Premiership teams a year because of copyright to Fifa and stuff like that, which is annoying. If only Liverpool were licensed.
