Meh...I'm definitely up for setting another online tournament up once everybody's exams are out the way so we can get a fair few underway before everybody is on holiday/the hype of 09 comes around. What would be looking at? All teams involved? International all teams or restricted? Same with club teams?

I'd quite like to see a Euro 08 one. But I think it would be interesting if we used the structure of the Euro 08 tournament as well, so for example, if you were Portugal and you were playing Spain on June 12th or something, then you would play your game against Spain on June 12th. It just saves hassle with the organisation and you shouldn't have an excuse for not knowing the deadline. That would have to be set up pretty quickly though, because the tournament starts on June 7th, does it not?

Yeah they would. I can see a few flaws though, like someone may not be able to play or their XBL may expire when they didn't realise it would but I'm sure we could work our around it. Plus it only takes 10-15 minutes to play a game and we should have at least 1 game a day, which keeps the interest up because last time there used to be long periods were no-one used to play. It's just a thought though, and there would need to be support from about 16 people, to fill the teams up.

Random teams would be best. Use the number method like balloonkid used in the WC Tournament (before he disappeared).

Roll on PES 09 I say. Major improvements online and offline are needed.

I think we actually need an online tournament to keep the forum active. One with a tight deadline as well. The only threads that seem to get used are the GD and H+H.

Does Neoseeker ever do any tournaments for PES??

Example
32 ppl apply to a moderator with there gamertag. The moderator gives them a random number from 1-32.
Then does another draw to see who gets 1st pick of teams and so on down the line to 32nd.
Then number 1 plays 2, 3 v 4 down the line to 32nd.
All the winners would obviously go through. Then draw the teams again with the winning 16.

Could do it champions league mode so that more people can play.
Could do 2 legs becoz games dont go to pens after 120mins.

Am I just being to complicated???
