I've nearlly finished my first season. It's a classic Arsenal vs. Man United showdown which looks like it will be decided on the last day of the season

sounds good the highbury highs lets hope arsenal get one over on man united today then as well eh.

I think I will have to start a new master league on a higher difficulty soon as after beating chelsea 6-0, tottenham 4-0 and Man U 3-1. Unbeaten in the league and scored a ridiculous amount of goals already so I'll be stepping up from regular lol. Anyone recommend any teams, preferably not the defaults as I started with them and they're ****. And preferably not a big team like chelsea or barcelona either. Any suggestions?

Can anyone suggest a good midfielder to buy

But not anybody like gerrard or lampard and not anyone crap either

I want someone who is kind of in the middle

so its not like that and its not lik that something like this though

yeah get cesc fabregas, i started a master league with arsenal on top player and he's taken the league by storm, just play him at AM. He scored a belter with his left foot on the edge of the box against barcelona for me which got me a point so he is a good player.

You could try shimizu also, but prepared to be annoyed for the first season or two becuase his body balance is poor and he suffers for it as even SWP could nudge him off the ball lol

I think I'm gonna start a new one up though, I was just getting used to the mechanics of it.

it was more third, that was at close season + 3 off-season weeks. Kept Gutierrez until mid season 2, got an offer I'd have been off my head to refuse and got Recoba and Owen with that. (neglecting the fact that the game level was low to get to grips with it - i.e. cuffing AC 6-0 low)

that game's ridiculously easy, and with that team, until some of them keel over, I've got a really strong team, so I'd feel like I was cheating if I just tweaked the difficulty to compensate, so I'm starting a new one up with starting players all under 400P salary bar 2 standouts who i'll let come to 500P, but play it on a reasonable difficulty

this'll probably end in me screaming at the 360

EDIT: or not, just noticed how the create team thing works . right, standard team with 1 or 2 standout-ish types
