Both have good clothes for teens. Teen stuff has a little more variety.

I don't have teen fashion but I -used- to have this game. It rocks so much! You can have fashion shows *in your own house*! I think that this one is MUCH cooler!

Spelevink,
For a catwalk, follow these 5 simple steps  1. Go to an empty lot. 2. Go to "Build Mode" 3. Go to "Decks & Foundations" 4. Build the last foundation in the first row and some stairs connecting it. 5. Get your sim to the store and click "Go Here" on the platform. TADA!! So, there's acctually no REAL catwalk, but you can just build it. Hope I helped!!
