I haven't got this game yet but I'm just wondering if any of you that had, encountered any lag issues online. How does it stack up?

put it this way. you hit the button to punch. half a second later, your character punches

tho its not as bad as it sounds, the lag isnt bad at all, most of the time.

one time, there were a bucnh of points where the screen would freeze, then it would speed the game up way fast to get to the point where it should be. other than that, the game is great online, but sometimes it logs me out of psn and i cant log back in unless i restart my ps3

I have a moderately good connection. It took me a good ten minutes to find a game that wasn't full and when i did enter a game it took my character about three seconds to respond to the action i was giving him whilst the other player was just whooping my ass so I quit and was given a penalty The lag is horrendous and scars the online gameplay.

They will patch up the servers surely. Were namco not basing alot of their hype on trustworty online?

If they were then i would be shocked. I have kept trying and still not much better even when i connect with someone who has superb connection. We need an MK8

I'm a huge online player and I was considering buying this game. Maybe I'll wait and see if there are any improvements to come.
