have you ever fought against someone, you would like to kick his ass in real life? i mean there are some "tactics" i really could freak out, for example taking a character with one fast strike and doing this strike in series, or just fight, to get someone out of the ring. The best tactic is, to disconnect when you lose. Other embarassing tactics are taking Kilik or Mitsururgi.

no. these tactics suck. why would you even want to disconnect... it makes you (as a gamer) look weak

Whenever someone disconnects against me, I call them on it through a message over PSN, then challenge them to a private match, and show them how much they suck, and if they refuse, I smacktalk them until they block me.

That's only happened once though. XD

Meh, I don't really play online anymore. Sometimes it's as fun as a rock. And it takes way too long to find a match. I prefer to play my friends irl, and when they're not around, I usually just go into training mode or versing the CPU on Edge Master. At least it doesn't lag. XD

I remember fighting a Siegfried that used only vertical attacks, which this sounds easy just side step, except I had a minor lag that was enough to put off the sidestepping so that he still hit me 90% of the time. Though I never disconnect when losing, even if they are cheap and poor tatics that are betting me and I can usually find a solution to any repetative tactic.

Just a note to everyone - Now even though I've only won matches less than 10% of the time (Seriously... -_-) I've never d/ced. Well sort of. I turned my console off after the match had ended and it displays the winner and the loser. When I loged back on I got a message saying that the resulats of that match were not saved... or something (accidentally skipped the message >.<) but yeah, if that had been one of the rare matches that I had won, I'd have been enraged.

So what I'm saying here is always make sure you return to the Online menu before turning off your system

I was winning two rounds to none and he must have disconnected because it went all awol. Then it says I GET A PENALTY. Screw online it's flawed.

Same thing happened to me. It was the last round and he had half health then it said he quit and then I get the penalty. WTH?

I have been disconnected mid match a few times where it didn't seem like my opponent would have disconnected, but I didn't recieve a penalty, but now I'm worried that may happen to me.

I don't really mind the penalty that much to be honest when it happens to me only because I have completely no idea what it deducts from you. Gold? Adds to a loss?
