I'm curious, so I figured I'd better ask before I get back into it. I stopped playing SCIV about 6 months ago, reasons: the netcode was pathetic and the tier list was untouched by the game makers. So before I get back into it I wanna know if there have been any patches fixing the netcode (or at least an upgrade) and any attempts to rebalance the characters?

Blatantly, have they bothered to fix the game yet?

Supposedly, improvements have been made and there's been some balancing done here and there, but overall the online is still garbage and Siggy, Kilik, Amy, and Mitsurugi are still the best characters in the game and everyone uses them.
