Heya, I've been playing the soul Series since Soul Edge on the PSX. I've got SCI on DC, All three versions of SCII, SCIII for PS2, and I bought both versions of SCIV. I originally got into the series when my friend had bought SCII, and utterly kicked my ass with Link.. Since then I've vowed to become better than him. And I still am not.

I mostly play the Xbox 360 version, so you'll probably see me in both the PS3, and 360 forums. I've got the PS3 Version, But I don't own a PS3. My friend regularly brings his over, so we play on that one. I don't have a PSN yet, but I plan on getting one when I buy my MGS4 PS3.

I've posted a fair bit here in the character creation thread, but have yet to introduce myself so I might as well. I'm Celes Leonhart, previous username ToxicMage, and I've been a big fan of both this and Tekken since their Playstation days. The only Soul game I didn't own was Soul Calibur, seeing as I didn't own a Dreamcast, but I've recently bought it on the Xbox Live Marketplace anyway. My favourite characters are Siegfried and Killik; I hardly use anyone else (though I'm also quite fond of Cervantes and Nightmare).

I own the 360 version, so sadly I can't play with most of you here. If any 360 players want to add/battle me, feel free. My gamertag is CelesLeonhart (on both consoles).

Hey... I might aswell introduce myself here

I'm zhao... I'm the kinda guy you either like or really really hate, so hopefully peeps here will fall into the first category, but nonetheless, yeah.. I've got Soul Calibur IV recently and have been practicing almost solely offline since, as I'll finish all the Tower and Stories before going on line. I've just got Talim and Cervantes yet to do storyline wise, and I'm on the third to last set of floors on TOLS...

And I'm stuck

Ok, I'm Tempest (Or I would be, but the name was already taken). I got SC4 today (but haven't quite tried it yet). I've mainly used Kilik since Soul Calibur 2, which was my first Soul Calibur game. Others I've used are Yoshimitsu, Maxi, and Link (from the GC version of SC2). I'm also looking at maybe picking up the Apprentice since he can shoot lightning and looks pretty fast.

Honestly, the main reason I joined this site is because you had so many PS3 users. Everywhere else I looked it seemed like a ton of 360 users and very few PS3 users. >_<

Also, since I don't think I've played SC3 in about a year and I'm starting a couple of weeks behind everyone else, I suspect I'll have a lot of catching up to do. But I'll do my best.

Hi I'm Singe And I played Soul Calibur 3 And just got dis game. Its pretty fun. But I can't remember all the combo's so I'm one of those people... that button mashes and pushes random crap... I have yet to play online And I have all the characters except for The Apprentice guy...

I haven't been on the forums in a while =). I got this the day it came out.. It's such a great game.. I enjoy playing with the Soul of Siegfried or Nightmare. <3

I got the game the day after it came out, and I think it's a great game, but Soul Calibur II is still the best imo.

I've finally beaten ToLS, so if you need any help on any of the floors, I can definitely help...

I'm Alex and I got the game last week.
I never played fighting games before, so I'll probably have some questions of things, you guys don't even think about anymore.

I always have been playing the Gran Turismo series (all volumes), so the x-button means action for me. Can you imagine the frustration I sometimes have when I think I'm doing something and nothing happens?

I already have been playing and I am already getting from button bashing to some smart combo's.
The next step is probably to anticipate the actions of my opponent in stead of the pit bulling I'm doing now.

My mistake! I started making threads without introducing myself. I go by MattisBel or Bel for short. I've been playing SC since I accidentally picked up a copy of the first one on the Dreamcast. I'll be around.. I lurk at work!
