	How can you be sure of that? Nightmare looks the same in all the games...pretty much. 	Also (sorry to double, guests can't edit) I'm sure an SC producer/maker/whoever said that they still don't have Vader and Yoda 100% in the game yet, so they wouldn't put them on the cover (with old character pictures no less) OBV fake
