Namco probably figured Yoshimitsu would fit in well with the Soul Calibur crowd, and decided to put him in the game when they ran out of ideas for new characters.
Amy is annoying to me because she's a guy's little daughter in a dress that's probably gonna kick Astaroth's ass. -_- And I supppose in Soul Calibur's standards, it isn't a skimpy dress. <_< I guess it was my imagination that I read she was 13. I've read alot about Soul Calibur, so it's hard to remember it all. xD | |

Hmm but wasn't him a another person from Tekken series in SC as well. I think yosh was always in SC. Kinda weird though.

He originates from Tekken, and has the same type of character, but they pretend they are completely different people. Yoshi from Tekken, and Yoshi from SC are basically the same character.
