I checked Wikipedia, and they only show 2009 as the release date.

Fiscal year 2010. So any time after April 2010 is the current working date that has been thrown about by industry insiders that have been allowed to play it. I would most likely go for it being brought forward to a February 2010 release so that is avoids the big games Sony is putting out around the Winter season November/December.
