Wish it would go to the 360 less exclusive better for all gamers.

I own a ps3 and infamous and would never get one since there too expensive for a casual gamer and too unpredictable for a avid gamer.

Just not my taste.

Unless Sony got into the business of sharing many of their big games this year and next year are going nowhere. It is actually quite amazing thinking about how many top quality games we are going to get from Sony in the next few months.

I really dont like fanboys and people who call themselves gamers while at the same time humping the leg of one corporate boss who doesnt care about you unless your in a majority.

IF you really are a gamer you will get a console and play games and possibly get the other for the exclusives that are worth getting if its affordable. Theres no need to moan about the other console.

Unfortunatly these companys are not going to lose the console war sony has always been a late starter and equaled by the end of the generation so were stuck with fanboys from 2 companys.

Who gives a sh*t about fanboys and corporate leaders? We're allowed to be grateful for getting great exclusive titles. Granted, sharing is not a bad thing at all, but (some) multiplatform games tend to get watered down. If all games were multiplatform, there would only be one console. Great, but what if the console is not to your liking? You're screwed then.

Hurrah for exclusive titles.

I'm all for each console having a game so that the more gamers can get their hands on great games.

However, I've learned that exclusives (whether PS3 or 360 or Wii) almost always end up better than multiplatform games merely due to the fact that they're built around one single machine and developed to take full advantage of that machine. So it's like you have a much stronger and better developed game.

When they're multiplatform, the devs must take into consideration all consoles they are putting it on. Now if they made each version, specifically for that machine, then it'd be excellent! It'd be developed and created for it's own console and to take full advantage of that console. However, that takes a lot of resources and time, so most of the time they create one version and just modify it slightly to work on each console just the same. Then if they put it on weaker (hardware) consoles they make that version different from the others. But that's about it.

So exclusives are good for the games and everything, but bad for gamers who only own one console.

I tell ya, they need to make a console in the future that will play all the different consoles' games! They may not take full advantage like if played on the console they were designed for, but at least the gamers could play it!
