Winning CTF matches frequently requires sacrifice, unless the other team sucks. Do you go for captures, even if it means risking extra deaths, or just sit back and take easy kills to rank up?

I go in for the flag and get easy kills on the way. So I have gutz and glory

Well, i used to play for getting the flag, but i played a game last week and got 80 kills. I only captured the flag about 2-3 times.

I will usually go for the kills while getting the flag. With no grenades or bazookas I found a good way is going in with four other people.

For most rated games though, I'll just snipe or try to infiltrate their base and instead of taking the flag, just kill the people who just respawned.

Ah. Spawn killing. =) Not very honorable, but very lucrative.

I hate spawn killers... They get on my nerves. I either rush in with the MP40 or the Zooka and cap the flag.

I shoot at a team mate to follow me, and if they do I go in and cover their back while they steal the flag. I never go for the flag. I help the guy that has the flag or I kill the opposing team when they have our flag.

I so wish we had voice chat.

Yeah, I will usually just follow groups as of late because you usually have a better chance of getting the flag/kills, but you can be easilly spotted so you have to watch out for grenades and bazooka's.

I would rather rank up but i suggest if they make another MOH for the wii, the should have you get points for scoring the flag

I doubt another MoH will come out for the Wii.....anytime soon at least. I do think it would be nice to get points for scoring the flag, but would it count under kills, deaths, or a new thing because you get your score from Kills-Deaths?

I'd go wherever everyone is not. Usually that means I'm going out for the flag. Whatever helps the team win.

I think they should have a flat-out seperate CTF leaderboard. Something that has a conglomeration stat for k:d, captures, saves (killing the person who actually has the flag), wins and losses, and even assisted kills.

The ranking system is ridiculously bad.

That is actually an excellent idea. Still, this is the first MoH online for a console (I think MoH: Heroes (PSP) was the first to have online), so what they have now is still good.
