I'm a noob with them, I was trying out for F5 and NDS said I didn't know how to.

To cook a grenade you need to pull its pin, which i think is the "A" button. Wait a few seconds until it is going to explode soon then throw it. It gives your enemy no time to get away if thrown right.
If you use the Zapper, it is "Z" to pull the pin. | |

Press a and your character will pull out the pin. Which makes the timer for the nade start so if you get your timing down you can get the nade to explode right by the enemy before they can react. And whatcha doin tryin out for Eff Phive dawg?

I got one rec for F5, now I need 1 more and an Alex test, I needed to work on grenades pistol and surroundings.
So I needed a bita help with this cooking buisiness. -------------------

I am pretty sure it is cooking grenades. It is when you let them sit for a little while after pulling the pin.

Well fine, I was wrong. ): I looked in the instruction booklet and it said cook. Although I still don't understand why you would eat a grenade.
