I was talking to my friend about this game yesterday, and he brought up the single player. I just kind of said vague things about it, since I've only played the first mission thing, and then went straight to online.
I don't think that it's that weird to go right to online, but I was wondering if anyone else hasn't played through the single player mode yet. -------------------

To be honest, I went straight to online after finished Beach Attack, seeing as I got frustrated during Port.
I'm at Base now, but I'll never complete it. I don't have the patience to get through the mine-field. | |

I've beaten the Single player on easy and it's ok. It's much different than online since online is much more difficult as players move around in un-predictable patterns and usually are good with 'nades.
When I first rented the game I played the first two levels and then went to online. Now I think I'll finish the single-player on the hardest difficulty. -------------------  | |

The first thing i did with this game was go online. I then found my way to single player later. I don't play it very often.

I only play online, I made it to City in campaign and I got bored.

I beat the first part of campaign, and went online. I went back to the port a month or so later, and realized that the idiot AI was dulling my skills, and haven't gone back since.

One day I got bored of online and played campaign on green mode and got to the last mission and its too hard, so I went back online.
