	They're using Custom Homebrew's. It gets them the game free and gives them cheats. It's CHEATING. Or HACKING if that's what you prefer calling it.

FACEPALM You are really well informed about these hack users. These people who hover are using Homebrew Applications, probably CWCHEAT or NitePR, on their Custom Firmware-Enabled PSPs. Most people who use Custom Firmware-Enabled PSPs have them because of the extra functionality it brings. For example, an Alarm Clock, a Calculator, an Ebook reader, not to mention the large amount of Homebrew games that are out there. -------------------
