	Random Events, like having a master blacksmith make a better forge etc? If it's Custom Game, check that you have the No Random Events UNCHECKED. -------------------

	Due to the productivity and time spent on your game, you may not ever have them, or constantly have them, depending on the way you preform, and there's also a randomized chance of getting one every couple of turns. ------------------- Watch it.
