The Legends of Mario Kart Wii
Thread I

The Legends of Mario Kart Wii is a Clan. Our goal is to be the best Clan in the forum, to get better at racing, and most importantly to have fun. This Clan is a Branch Clan of the Brawl Punish3rs Crew in the Super Smash Bros. Brawl Crews. We have a maximum number of members, and that is 25.

.:Rules:.

Flaming
No flaming is allowed, even saying something like

quote e.g.
Wow, you suck so much, no wonder you are at the bottom of the ranks.

It is rude, makes the person feel bad, and can also make you look like and idiot.
Also, don't post rude messages, bypass the filters, or post any inappropriate pictures. And if the mod sees or finds out about it, you could be in big trouble.

Spamming
Spamming is purely annoying. In case you don't know, spamming is when you post totally random posts that have nothing to do with the post topic, or posting crap. We don't allow conversations that have nothing to do with Mario Kart Wii started in the Clan Thread (unless it has something to do with the Crew), if you with to start a conversation with someone, please do it over NeoPM.
If you want to know if you've missed anything, then just look through the last few pages if you need to know so badly.

Advertising
Advertising is when you make a post telling people to go over to your website, or your own Clan on Neoseeker. Linking to areas on Neoseeker does not count as advertising, unless you are linking to another persons Clan and telling people to join, if you do that then your post will be deleted.

Membrating
No Memberating is allowed on Neoseeker. Membrating is when you pretend to be a moderator, and say "Thread Closed", and "Banned", stuff like that.
This also includes, however, acting like a Clan leader. Don't go around acting like one unless you are one, or you will be in some serious trouble.

Overall Clan Rules
Here are just some rules that I wanted to say, about the Clan.
1. Don't join if you know that you won't be able to be active, it's no fun having a space taken up when someone might be wanting to get it.
2. You are only allowed to be in one Clan. Being in another Clan in this forum is not allowed, and you will need to quit one of them. It does not matter if you're in a clan in another forum, though.
3. I ask that everyone adds everyone in the Clan, so that when you go to battle someone you don't have to ask for friend codes, etc.
4. Have fun, don't be all uptight about maybe being that last on the ranks, who cares, eh? It doesn't matter that much. And if that's the case just practice and request some ranked matches.

Join Date:

You will not be let in until you fill out the form. We don't care about your skill level, whether your good or not. You must have 100 posts to join, this is a new rule, because sometimes people with like 30 posts will join, and then never post again. The rules is to know that you are somewhat active. Don't join if you know you're not going to stay active.

Positions
These are the positions that you can be in the Clan. It says below how you get promoted. You will only be promoted to Manager if I ask you to, and it is very doubtful that you will be promoted to Leader, as only the people who really started the Clan will be be promoted to leader. You need to have good grammar and spelling to be promoted to Leader or Manager.

Top Karter: You get this position if you are the best Racer in the clan and have the most wins, and the least losses.
Leader: One of the people that helped build it up from the ground up and started the Clan.
Manager: Helps manage the things like ranks. We will ask you if we want you as a manager.
Kart Expert: Get promoted to Kart Expert after 30 days of Regular.
Regular: Get promoted to Regular after 10 days of Member.
Member: Get promoted to Member after 10 days.
Newcomer: This is what you start off as.

.:Requesting Battles:.
If you want to have just a normal battle then you don't need to fill out the form. However, if you want a Ranked Battle, then you do have to fill out the form. When you have done your battle, then both you and your opponent have to tell me the results, who won, and who lost. The battles for Ranks can only be 2 people, not more.

There will be monthly tournaments that the leaders and managers arrange. Don't ask for a tournament, because it will probably be shot down, unless we haven't had one in a while and it's a short one that you will arrange.

When you win a Ranked battle, you gain a point. When you lose one, you lose a point. Tournament battles count for two points, so if you win you get 2 points, if you lose you lose two points. They can go into negatives. You must do at least one ranked battle a week. You cannot do any ranked battle during a tournament, and none before the opening tournament.

As of yet, we don't have the Opening Tournament set up, so this page will look rather empty. Watch for updates closer to release, because that's when the tournament will be starting up. But for now, I can give you updates.
