We should do something about the Raceway subforum. It is at a 5.7 ppd and pretty dead. Also the Friend Code Index should be updated.

And I know it isn't mandatory, but what about a ban list?

All it's for is quick races. What can we do to boost it's activity? I know that sounds incredibly pesimistic of me but no ideas have struck me yet. I'm open to ideas though, ofcourse.

More competitions and events to encourage activity. Like I said themed competitions might be interesting.
