I'm stuck with numerous bits here
1) Can't get that parchment from that stained glass maiden
2) The only dresser in the room thats got no keyhole for me to use this dresser key
3) Can't get to that room where the ghost of M Roivas disappeared into.

Well for 1 and 2 you will need the reveal invisible spell that you find as Max Roivas. be sure to keep track of the alignment you use for the spell...
as for #3 i have no idea, i'm not that far.

Stained Glass Maiden:

Use "dispel magic" (with the strongest alignement against the magic that the glass have) and vualá the glass is broken be careful (i think that a bonethief jumps out to you) and you get the chapter called "Heresy!"

The room where Maximilian kills all the servants:

Well, you need to finish the chapter of Edward "A Legacy of Darkness" to enter this place, once yo have finished it go to the basement and check the barrels, hey is a pickax go to the "hidden door" and use the pickax a cut scene will begin once the cut scene have finished use a seven point dispel magic with the strongest alignement against the shield that's protecting a lot of stuff and you acquire the chapter "Ashes to Ashes" and a stethoscope and a page of maximilian's diary go to the basement and open the safe with the stethoscope lot's of stuff are in there.

The Keyhole-less dresser

Use reveal invisible of five or three points with the strongest alignment against the one of the dresser and then use the dresser key, where is the dresser key? Remember the small clock at the main hall? Well, there is the dresser key

The mirror dilemma

Of course, if you don't you can't finish the game!
