I like to start out with yoga to stretch, then I go to strength training and then aerobics. If I haven't made the 30 minute mark then I play a balance game or two.

Aerobic or Yoga.

I love the hula hoop games, but I find Yoga alot more relaxing.

The Yoga is very fun and relaxing, but out of those three generally, probobaly balance.

Ok, I am sort of split in the middle now.


Yoga is incredibly good to do something to show off.

Strength Training can definitely help you with almost anything like P.E

Balance can help you with Gymnastics.

Aerobics can help you with anything as well.

Balance is probably one of the best. Yoga is also one of the best but i think balance is funner to do. Yoga is a nice way to relax though!

aerobics is fun but i am almost underweight so i really shouldn't be burning the fat i don't have

strength is probably not the most enjoyable because it is not really meant to be fun. lol

I really like Aerobics, since the dancing to the beat game is really fun, and inrteresting, especially on advanced.

It's interesting seeing the results.

Yeah, aerobics is fun but i lose interest because i am too skinny and that gets me really frustrated so i plan on not losing weight but gaining a couple to look good at least.

aerobics and balance. I just feel like a fool when and If I do yoga or strength training. Must be my parents: 'uhh.. what the hell are you doing?'

aerobics has running, which is awesome! And it doesn't cause my leg to hurt like it normally would. So far I've ran like 20 miles (in place =p)

I love Aerobics and Balance, especially Step Plus and Hula Hoop, and Penguin Slide and Zazen. Especially the last one, since all you do is sit there for 3 minutes. =]
