	Well, I've just been wondering, how much have you lost since you got this game? I noticed it gave me a little push to be a bit healthier, resulting in me losing about 2lbs. 	I hate Quote Chains... If you want to lose weight you can do certain things like jogging to lose weight, almost anything in the Aerobics section can help you burn body fat, which is also losing weight. If you want to gain weight, do anything except the Aerobics. Strength Training is incredibly good if you want to gain weight by replacing Fat with Muscles. Yoga can make you more flexible if you want an easier way to Strength Train, Do Aerobics, or do Balance Games. ------------------- Shadow Knight 1223
