I had made a goal to lose 3 pounds, but I kept gaining weight, so I stopped playing during band camp, and I lost 5 pounds.

When I first started I kept gaining a lil bit each day then I went away for a week now I think I lost around 5 lbs
It's mostly because I started eating healthier on the trip and now I'm eating way healthier than that and I'm pushing myself on the exercises (I have no muscle T_T ) | |

According to my Wii my weight has been going up and down almost daily - and I do do the WiiFit at the same time each day. I've decided that weight loss or gain is not as important to me as gaining flexibility which over 28 days so far, I have done.
My WIi age varies between 33 and 75 although I am actually 62 so I'm not happy about accuracy - but we can't have everything I suppose? | |

I have lost nearly 6 lbs since I started playing it at Christmas. My wife has also lost several pounds or more since then as well.

I've lost 2lbs in about 10 days. Which is good going I suppose.

I've tracked something like 10-15 pounds. Not really from Wii Fit though and this is over a few months.

Only a small amount, sometimes it goed down and sometimes it goes up, but in total I haven't changed much.
