How to and good car for doing it please.

Any car, turn ASM OFF and put lower quality tyres on the back wheels to create oversteer.
If you cant get enough oversteer try using the handbrake.

Use the Art Morrison, it drifts perfectly and handles like a dream. I have ASM on just as personal preference, have ABS on 1 because if you have it on 0 it'll turn your ASM off automatically. Have traction control and active steering off. Run Normal R1 tyres both front and rear and increase the power then reduce the weight as far as you can.
Turn the max turning angle to 50 and tweak the ratios to the right a bit. Follow the speed lines for each track and use the handbrake near the red speed line for the best drift. Don't be afraid to hit corners at just under 200kph. It takes alot of getting used to but once you make it into the top 100 it makes it all worth it .
