You don't create them, there's a window in Gameplay Options where you can change your old codec messages for new ones. You'll get different codecs depending on the voice you chose. Some really funny ones in there...

certain characters can say certain things, & there are extra codec which you type in like Aww my stomach which you have to type <TOILET> OR try typing <GL> Gud luck! theres many more.

I thought you could get the 'Victory Song' (heard at your final rank, in the main game) by something like /song, not sure. Does anyone know what the actual word is to trigger it?

The codec packs I never bought. Actually I will only buy them when what you asked (creating your own) is possible.

in order to do other commands other than song you need to have bought the codec packs

I only just found out that different voices have different codec presets.

if u type toilet yes they will kik you lol, dont forget the signs < > WRITE <TOILET> no space.
Also if you have the instuctor skill on & type <CR> i think it says crawl, also try the following for instuctor only <HE> <GD> <CN> <DI>
