It's major Lag , it happends occationally, don't worry about it.

maybe your being shot in head by spawn campers lol, thats why i stopped playing mgo.

Well recently I've seen people do a glitch that ends much like this. It's where after they kill you they continuously shoot your bodies head until you respawn and when you do you are killed by another headshot only these one does count as a death.

It's not deathloop, it happens to me too when there is a sh1t host.
