	No, I could maybe ask if you would post something that people could understand. It was from a game that is not even allowed to be discussed on Neoseeker, or it was a hack through a Cheating Device. Nonetheless, it is not a real Pokemon. I'm not going to allow it.

	I never said people can't make a thread to discuss a Pokemon movie or picture. Although the movie discussion would belong in the General Pokemon Forum and we've already had picture discussion and a caption contest. As for the contest I've sorted that out.

	Not at the current time, if the guests are spoiling it for other people then it's not something which should be allowed to carry on. It wouldn't be hard for them to just make an account to join in again anyway... but, after a little bit if the annoyance won't occur again then it's okay. And although I mentioned it in the GD it should be good measure to put it in here too. I'm demoting from the forum in a weeks time.

	No you're not. You're kicked out of a game until you get an account. I would much rather have members who can actually post correctly than guests.

Nvm that, I NEED some questions answered before I even THINK to register to Neoseeker. 1. Do you need take act in any responsibilities for the site? 2. If you were to stop going to the site for a month or two, would anything bad happen? Would you become a guest again? 3. Besides the stuff at the forums, what privilages do you get from the site? 4. 	1. Nope, only be by volunteering through hard work like myself 2. No you would not lose your account or anything 3. There are plenty of member benefits such as the PM so you can communicate privately with anyone on the site. There's the blogs, galleries and all sorts 4. Nope, no money or anything it's completely free
