To prevent this you can edit your posts by using the  edit button at the bottom of your postsFlooding Posting mass messages one after another either being separate threads or posts in a single or multiple threads. If you notice that you are the most recent poster in most of the threads on page one of the forum, have a break until other people reply, also refrain from bumping up old threads unless you think there is still discussion value in them and don't want to make a duplicate thread. Do not flood, you will be punished. Duplicate Threads Do not make threads that have already been created by you or another member. Use existing threads instead. Check the Thread Index. Going Off Topic Posting content not related to the thread’s purpose. Stay on topic by posting things that relate to the thread and its discussion. Short Posts This includes one liners such as; "Yeah." and "What's up?". Create longer posts with more girth so that you look more sophisticated and to create more discussion. Flaming Flaming other members will most likely result in a ban. Flaming consist of derogatory comments, rude behavior, vulgar and anything unpleasant; directed at you, another member, or a guest of the site. If you don't agree with someone or despise something that they did/said, either reply nicely, or do it through PM. Membrating Membrating is the attempt to act like a moderator. If you do not moderate the forum, do not request thread close of others threads. You may only request closure for your own threads, unless you pm a moderator with a very good reason why a thread should be closed. Advertising Do not deter from Neoseeker. You may post links to other sites only if it is an informational site and is helping another member with a problem. This does not include private forums or message boards. Grammar and Speech Conduct Good grammar is expected to be used at all times when posting. It is expected you use as much correct spelling as you’re capable. As well as grammatically readable posts, the colors you post in also matter. You should post so that you aren’t straining the eyes of others. Example: My Bidoof is cool lol. Another problem is the using of smileys. You’re allowed to use them, but do not abuse them by using a lot of them in a row. Example: I can't beat Moltres!!     Also, do not create long obnoxious thread titles. Example: I NEED TO BE RESCUED, I DIED AND I REALLY WANT TO BE SAVED I'LL GIVE YOU ANYTHING! PLEASSSSE!! Taking Action If you notice another member behaving inappropriately, or not following the rules; report them using the  report function located below posts.Quick Links
