What are the ways to get it?

They aren't as hard to come across as you might think, I've got several (a couple legendary).

Seems you can get two via a battle with Axel and stealing them, and one as a reward from defeating a Diez gentleman in the post-game. I think the reward one is always legendary too.

You can apparently re-battle the diez gentlemen every time you cycle over into the post game (I thought you couldn't, but it happened to me, which was annoying TBH).

Do a few battles until it says he appeared.

If he can't be found, save and when you exit the save menu, he should have moved to a hopefully more visible location.

I have reincarnated my characters a lot of times does that make him not appear?

Well stupid me didn't have anyone in the student council club and first thing that gets cloned was the Puppy Paw Stick

It's best to use the puppy paw stick to you know, steal uber items.

It's the best way to get a large number of specialists too.

Since Staticians Stack, try to get a few of them by reverse pirating, and then copying a ton of those (once you have a level 300 statician, you can keep cloning them until you have a dozen or more, to level up insanely fast).

I installed the patch and i hear that it's more difficult to do that and i how do you reverse pirate since i haven't seen any bill or option of that.

Yeah, one of the more recent patches made it harder to encounter delinquents. Same thing happened to me dood, I didn't get into the Class World until after the patch came out, so yeah, instead of encountering a half a dozen or more per visit, I was lucky to get more than a couple/few. And you only have a 20% chance per delinquent, to dupe the item.

So be sure to only equip the item you want to dupe, on them. And Perhaps level an item so it has a good number of slots to hold specialists.

It is hard to encounter dropouts when i try with a genius character but i see at least 3 on every visit when i go in with a created character as incompetent or good for nothing and also i have been lucky to dupe the item on each visit and sometimes 2 a visit.

I got 3 once, possibly four, but oftentimes I just had to retry. I eventually just kept reloading if I didn't get a duped item in the first couple of stages.

The fury fatalist, lady fighter and fighter always seem to be the ones that dupe the items every time i visit, i already dupe 3 reflex armors with 6 sentry all with 19998

You mean them wielding the stick, or them being the ones attacked?
