Thinking of getting into Disgaea 3 again, perhaps going after LoC Baal......I think my chances would be best though, if I had a more powerful than average character. I heard Adel is very good for doing damage, but is there anyone better now?

Kogure Souichirou is supposed to be pretty powerful, he's got 150% in Attack, Defense, and HP. But all his elements are at -25%. Thursday has 155% in all stats and he can transmigrate. Gig is another powerful one as his attack is at 140% with 130% HP, 120% speed, and 100% in all other stats.

Does seem like Adel would be the best overall, though Souichirou would be good as a sword user.

Yeah, I was thinking on that. Depends on whether I actually decide to get into the game properly....Aside from beating Baal, I don't think there is much left to accomplish of note (pirate ship collection is one, but I don't really care about that....Though one of them is actually a bunch of Baals >_>).

Ehhhh, I know, but I didn't like Etna mode all that much in Disgaea Afternoon of Darkness, so I doubt I'd find the D3 side quest worth the DL. The command attack, I don't even know exactly how it works, except you can get a character reward for doing them....

I think Super Hero Aurum is ok with his 75% chance to break enemy wepons thats only my opinon though and if i got them ide get my favorite ones first like ide get mid boss and that new prinny and Aurum first then ide go from there
