This is an item in the game? AND it reduces the enemy stats when used?

I think it's more that it carries a specific specialist; not sure how easy it is to get Smeller anywhere else.

@Strawberryleaves - Actually, impossible. They're 'stuck' on the special item. You can't find the specialist on any other item either.

You CAN however, get more than one of the same unique item. Either by coming across it again, replaying the same area you got it in (in a new cycle), or by duping it with the Puppy Paw stick.

I myself, have about 3 or more puppy paw sticks (two legendary), and with one of the other unique items I have like 5 or more of em XD
