If it has sequels, then they'll probably feature the other 3 Horsemen of The Apocolypse as playable characters.

Depending on the success of the game, I could see the developers releasing DLC but I'm not sure if it would include the other three Horsemen of the Apocalypse. I wouldn't doubt sequels though which could easily feature them, possibly even have them as the protagonist instead of War.

According to wiki they ARE planning a sequel. I hope it won't be just an attempt to money grab. They don't know how the first will go down yet.
