I've never played any of the simcity games, is this worth getting?

It is a pretty good city building game, if you like those sort of things. I've heard that it's not the best out there, though... if you want to give it a try, but are worried about it, just wait a few months, usually there's a large drop in price for Sim games by then. =)

This one is different to the series so far. It is a different gameplay and if you've played the Sims it might actually appeal more than previous Simcity titles.
